Parc le Trou de la Fée's cavern is the ideal place for a first caving experience. During the 30-minute tour, you'll be accompanied by a guide as you explore three different-sized chambers. You'll learn more about the creation of the cavern, its discovery in the 1920s and the mystery of the fairy!

The cavern is 68 metres long and descends to a depth of 38 metres. The temperature is a constant 4.5°C. A warm sweater is recommended, but it's also very refreshing on a hot day!

You'll learn all about a little-known and mysterious animal, the little brown bat "myotis lucifugus". The Trou de la Fée cave is the only protected natural hibernaculum for bats in Quebec.
