Can small children visit the site?

There's no minimum age for accessing the trails at Parc le Trou de la Fée. However, the minimum age for visiting the cavern is 5, and children must be at least 42 inches (3.5 feet) tall.

Is the site wheelchair-accessible?

The site is not suitable for wheelchair users. However, people with reduced mobility can take part in the immersive show and experience the cave tour and fly over the river using virtual reality.

Can we eat on site?

Eating is permitted on site. There are even tables and lookouts along some of the hiking trails.

At the reception pavilion, you'll find the P'tit dépanneur, where you can buy snacks and cold prepared foods to enjoy indoors or on the terrace overlooking the Martine Falls.

Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are not allowed in the cavern, the reception pavilion or the terrace. However, they may accompany you on site, provided they are kept on a leash at all times.

 

How long will it take to visit the site?

The full tour lasts about half a day. It is possible to tailor your visit to the time you have available. Our receptionists will be happy to discuss this with you.

In short, don't be in a hurry, just enjoy and immerse yourself in this enchanting natural setting.

 

Can we visit the cave at any time?

When you purchase your package, the attendant will assign you a time for your visit.

Please note that guided tours last 30 minutes and are limited in number.

Can I camp on the site?

Camping is prohibited on the entire site.

How many kilometers of walking are there on the site?

The total length of the site is around 6 kilometers.

To find out the number of kilometers for each trail, please refer to the "Hiking trails" section.

How far is the cavern from the reception building?

To get to the cavern, you'll need to take the De la Caverne trail and walk for about 30 minutes. It's also important to know that there are several steps to get there, and that the trail is always uphill.

Can we book online?

We do not offer online booking. Tickets will be purchased upon arrival at the site and you will be assigned a time to visit the cave.

Is it possible that there's no room left in the cavern?

In high season, when the cave is very busy, you may run out of space. However, this is very rare. The reason is quite simple: we run guided tours every 30 minutes, with a maximum number of visitors at any one time.
